We have been members at this resort for....years and like to visit every other year. The xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is situated in the xxxxxxxx close to xxxxxxxxx. The resort was opened in 1999 and operates also as an hotel.

There is a daily cleaning service provided.

We particularly like exchanging our week for resort destinations in the southern United States, as we have a young family who enjoy visiting the theme parks in and around Orlando.

We would like to exchange in 2009 for a resort in the Orlando or Gulf Coast areas, ideally betwwen mid July to the end of August. We would also be interested in South Africa or New Zealand, although for these destinations we would prefer to visit between November and February.

As an alternative you rent our week 32 in 2009. Dates 10th to 18th August.

Please be aware that there is a small charge made at the resort for utilities, i.e water, electricity. The resort provides a cleaning service three times a week.

Although we are very happy to continue making use of our timeshare, should anyone be interested in purchasing one or more of our weeks we would be prepared to consider offers around the quoted amount.
